I can't register on the phone app. First it wouldn't recognize my email address. When I finally got it to accept my email it wouldn't send me the code. I was able to download a zip file from Viltrox site for my 27mm f1.2 lens and update it, but haven't had the same luck with my 16mm f1.8. When I attach the data cable to the lens I get a drive error. You would think that a company that makes such awesome lenses could make a decent app to go with it.

This app is trash, suspect spyware. I can't add a lens without scanning with Bluetooth. Camera and adapter in trying to add don't have it. When I stop scanning, the app just goes back to home page, advertising lenses. There is no other way to add lenses. If you installed this app, uninstall and change all your passwords

Never received verification code to my email address, also checked my spam folder. Tried my phone number says invalid number, tried many different formats with and with out the country code. Would have been nice to be able to download firmware update. Or at least provide a PC version we can down load. Finally got it to work with my email address, no luck with the phone number. You need to plug the lens in before trying to register the software. Hopes this helps someone else a lot of frustration.
