About this app

Tabulo is a simple current account and income-expense tracking application designed for small businesses and tradespeople. You can see who owes you how much, who you owe, and how much money you have in your cash and bank accounts, all on a single screen. No need for notebooks, agendas, or complex accounting software.

**WHO OWES HOW MUCH, AT A GLANCE**
• Net balance, total receivables, and total payables on the main page
• Current balance of your cash and bank accounts
• Due receivables and upcoming payments
• Month selector to see the status at the end of the past month

**CURRENT ACCOUNTS**
• Customer, supplier, or both; Individual or Company
• Turkish Republic Identity Number, Tax Number, Tax Office, Province/District, Phone and Address
• Ongoing Balance Transaction List for Each Account
• Due Date Tracking: Collections are deducted from the oldest debt, the nearest outstanding due date is shown, and overdue items are marked
• Entering old balances as carryovers
• Searching, filtering and sorting (by name, balance, last transaction)

QUICK RECORDING
• Collection, payment, credit sales and credit purchases with a few touches
• Last used account and today's date automatically appear
• Classify your expenses by transaction type and subject
• Attach invoice or receipt photo and PDF document

REMINDERS AND REGULAR PAYMENTS
• Recurring payments such as rent, salary, social security, invoices
• Notification before payment due date; When you say "I paid," the transaction is recorded, and the next date advances automatically.
• Collection reminder for your customers
• Customizable WhatsApp message prepared according to balance

REPORTS
• Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or any date range you want
• Income, expense, net and credit sales/purchases summaries

• Create current account statement as a PDF and send it via WhatsApp, email, or any application you want

FREE AND PREMIUM
You can use Tabulo for free: Up to 10 active customers, one cash register and one bank account, all record keeping, customer tracking, reminders, and summary report features are open. Restore from backup is available to everyone.

With a premium subscription (monthly or yearly), the following are unlocked:
• Unlimited customers and accounts
• Graphs and detailed reports
• PDF statement, PDF report, and Excel export
• Backup
• Add documents and photos

The subscription is managed through your Google Play account and automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the period. You can cancel it at any time from Google Play settings.
