Ratings and reviews

The graphics and art are really nice but it's more of a city builder than advertised it to be, like it still has the running with adding strength and soldiers that the main pictures show, but like 90% of the game is just leveling up your base. That got reeeeaaaally boring, especially since I already have another game like this but with a much better put-together guild. Also, idk if it's just my phone, but it seems to lag sometimes, too. Some of the menu interfaces were tiring to navigate too

I have never wrote a neg. review. Played for a couple of weeks and had several bugs. Contacted costumer service for help many times only to recieve a late response days later and never fixing the issue. And yes when they say " please contact our team and we will work with you", its a sham. And when over half the players in the game experienced significant power loss due to a bug in the game they expect you to play normally. Never got compensated nor a response from their team.

So I'm editing my review!! the game play and everything is wonderful, graphics all of that is 4* to 5*. The reason for 1* which would be lower if I could. I have had an issue with my account that it got frozen so I did everything customer service told me to do to unfreeze it and now it's been almost 2 days and they still refuse to respond back to me to unlock it!! They responded quickly to get their money back but won't respond to unlock my account like they promised!! worst customer service evr
