Workspaces & roles: Company-specific spaces with member management. Invite users by email; support for multiple workspaces per user.
Sites (projects): Create sites by address or map location and keep everything organized per site.
Tasks & workflows: Add site-specific tasks with status (Received, In Progress, Done), deadlines, priorities, assignees, images, and supporting documents.
Ownership & accountability: Assign a responsible worker for each task and track progress at a glance.
Safety (TTR): Perform Työturvallisuusraportti (Safety Inspection Reports) per site to document hazards and compliance.
Documents hub: Store essential site docs (operating instructions, safety policies, procedures) for easy access in the field.
Work hours: Workers log daily hours, sites worked at, and tasks performed—supporting reporting and payroll workflows.
Workshift lists (optional): Attach PDF/Excel shift rosters per site; all assigned workers can view. Only managers can add or remove the latest list.
Media & attachments: Add photos and files to tasks and reports for clear instructions and proof of work.
