진료비세부내역서 다운하나당 1100원 수수료는 너무 비쌈. 여러개 발급할때 20000원이 넘어가서 그냥 병원가서 청구받을예정. 약간의 수수료라고 하기에는 종이 한장짜리를 1100원씩이나 받다보니 30개가 넘는 외래진료세부내역서 발급하는데만 몇만원이 나오는데 이건 약간의 수수료라고할수없음. 게다가 가입연동 등 기능이 다소 정신없고, 보험사 연동하는것도 약간 복잡한편.(그냥 보험사 어플설치해서 쓰는게 훨씬 간편함) 그리고 제3자한테 가입할때 개인정보제공이 의무라서 동의에 강제로 체크할수밖에없는데 가입이후 모르는 번호로 전화자주왔음. 사용한지 하루도안됐는데 정말 짜증나고 도움안돼서 가입하고 바로탈퇴했으며 재가입 의사 전혀XX

1. 이 앱으로 팩스를 보내면 수신측에서는 검정색 이미지만을 수신받습니다. 이 하나로도 이 앱의 이용가치는 존재하지 않습니다. 2. 마치 한 번에 청구가 가능하다는 듯이 광고하지만, 대부분의 실손보험사는 전화를 통해 가상 팩스 번호를 받아야 합니다. 결국은 전화가 필요합니다. 3. 첫 청구에서는 보완서류로 신분증을 요구합니다. 이를 참조하시길 바랍니다. 4. 이 앱이 수행하는 것은 정해진 주소로 팩스를 보내는 것 하나 뿐입니다. 그렇지만 이 앱은 팩스조차 제대로 못 보냅니다. (15초동안 광고를 봐야 보내 주는데 말입니다.) 이 앱이 존재하는 이유는 도대체 무엇입니까?
