The log in system (which consists of having to click a link in an email every time you want to log in, instead of simply having a username and password) has been broken for months. I've missed out on promotions, and the only help from support has been to manually send me the log in link, which just does not work. Maybe if I can ever log in again, this rating will change but for right now it's an entirely unusable app.

App installs but cannot get a sign in as app constantly sends emails requesting linking which has already occured. 6 emails later, 3 X attempts, don't bother, my carbon footprint is growing through wondering why forms find this so challenging. Just recycle instead
