About this app

LendPoint is the account app for clients and staff of lending institutions in Kenya that use the LendPoint platform to manage their loan accounts.

LendPoint is account-management software. It does not lend money, offer or arrange loans, make credit decisions or hold funds. Your account, loan and its terms are with your institution.

FOR CLIENTS
• See your loan account: balance, repayment schedule and statement
• Pay instalments with M-Pesa from your registered phone, confirmed with your own M-Pesa PIN. Payments go straight to your institution's own paybill.
• Get payment confirmations and a reminder before each instalment is due
• Your institution sets up your account and sends your login details by SMS

FOR STAFF
• View client records, balances and the day's payments for your branch
• See each client's statement and repayment history
• Register new clients for your institution's approval

PRIVACY
The app never reads your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, photos or location, and it has no ads. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
