The worst app I have ever used. The UI sucks, it hardly ever wants to load, and if you press ANY button after making your order, maybe to check for a reward, your order is gone and you have to input it again. Rewards don't apply right, especially the free combo. You can't choose "chip and drink combo" on the ordering page, you have to pick a chip and drink separately. App doesn't recognize addresses typed in, you have to give GPS access to get the right store. A terrible app, just order in store

Glitchy. It works slow & hard to navigate - Not user-friendly. Getting rewards should be straightforward on the app & not require a code. If I log in to my app, it's me. It took forever to get code (in email) that said it would show up in the app on another screen. Very complicated, confusing, frustrating experience.

Slow, and unresponsive. Buttons need to be activated up to 10 times before the respond. Last time I used it, the app took so long take my order that the pickup time was not sufficient. The app told me, but didn't take me back to the pickup time. It rejected my card that I've used many times within the app. I deleted the card, reentered it, and it worked. This app was not ready for release when it was. This reflects badly on Lenny's and its costing them a lot of money in lost sales.
