Nice features in theory and the hardware is good but this app is pretty bad. Let's ignore the extremely generic, hard to remember name and awful latency. Let's focus instead on the fact that touch control randomly re-enables itself, noise cancellation randomly switches modes, and tracks start playing or pause at random. The find my earbuds feature would also be great other than the fact that it doesn't work when the buds are in the case and the Google map doesn't actually work.

Terrible experience. The app loses the earbuds frequently and then when you select add new device it cannot find them. When the information and headphones are retained in the app they cut out VERY often and lose connectivity outdoors. This makes them pretty much useless. The worst thing is that the settings you select for the number of taps on each ear are not retained very long and it seems like every time they hook to a device or charge they reset themselves to factory. 6 months and $$ wasted

More like Dumb Wearable. Does not retain settings AT ALL. Better off not installing it. Since installing this app with my brand new Lenovo smart wireless earbuds, it has cleared all the tap settings about five or six times, worse it has eliminated the option for touching through to "off" on ambient noise control- now it only permits oscillation from on or ambient pass through mode. It's a shame it can't seem to not stop resetting all touch controls to "do nothing", a very peculiar default.
