About this app

ResiConnect is the platform that digitizes the management of residential complexes, condominiums, and gated communities. It brings together access control, payment management, and common area reservations in a single app.

IMPORTANT: ResiConnect is a service contracted by the management of each residential complex. To use the app, you need credentials provided by your community administrator. It is not possible to create an account independently.

ACCESS CONTROL WITH QR CODES
Residents generate QR codes for their visitors directly from the app and share them with the person who will use them. At the entrance, security personnel scan the code and validate access instantly. Each entry is recorded, providing complete traceability of who entered and when.

PAYMENTS AND FEES
Check the status of your maintenance and service fees. Report your payments by attaching proof of transfer and track their confirmation. The management reviews and approves each payment from their own dashboard, with a complete history for each resident.

RESERVE COMMON AREAS
Request the event hall, court, pool, or any other space in the community from your phone. Check real-time availability and review the status of your requests. Management approves or rejects reservations and can block spaces for maintenance.

ADMINISTRATION PANEL
Administrators manage residents, security personnel, bank accounts, billable services, spaces, reservations, and payments from a centralized panel, accessible on both your phone and the web.

DESIGNED FOR EVERY ROLE
Each user sees exactly what they need. Residents manage their visits, payments, and reservations. Security personnel have a fast and reliable scanner that works even with an intermittent connection. Administrators have complete control of their community.
