The right Sox has always had trouble working -it only worked sporadically -and currently it's not working at all Now the app tells me there's an update -but when I come in to look for it it's not here anywhere

The settings button is too high up, so its under the battery icon, so it cannot be selected to pair the socks

settings button (needed to go through setup) was off on my pixel screen regardless of reorientation or reinstalling.
