Doesn't give the ticket. Sending emails doesn't do anything and Support doesn't help

customer services zero points they don't reply on chat, on the phone no help I am waiting for an email reply.

SCAM ALERT - they can sell you a ticket with a seat, but the seat can be reserved only for half of the way - the rest you will have to stand! This is not possible to spot in the application or in the process of buying the ticket. Only place where you can see it is the email you receive after the purchase. Staff is generally very rude (in all interactions) and unwilling to explain the situation. I would highly recommend using other transport providers.
