Ratings and reviews

SCAM ALERT - they can sell you a ticket with a seat, but the seat can be reserved only for half of the way - the rest you will have to stand! This is not possible to spot in the application or in the process of buying the ticket. Only place where you can see it is the email you receive after the purchase. Staff is generally very rude (in all interactions) and unwilling to explain the situation. I would highly recommend using other transport providers.

It is an excellent app for travelling in slovakia and czech, it also brings you closer to hungary, poland and ukraine, very useful and well organized, great with their prices and the appearance of the app itself, especially when you compare their prices with the prices of the tickets in austria for example, keep going Leo!

I wanted to use this app after a while, but I was surprised to see "missing translation" everywhere, where some text was supposed to be. I then uninstalled and then installed the app once again, but the problem remains. I cannot use it, since everywhere I see only "missing translation".
