Switching banks! My account almost never reflects the actual available balance. I can see my current balance and pending charges and what shows as my available balance, but if I make a purchase or pay a bill with the available balance it sends my account into overdraft. Then rearranges all of my transactions to make it look like there wasn't enough money for any of my bills so nothing gets paid and I owe a bunch of overdraft fees. I went through this for months.
