Forget Me Not is a productivity app that brings reminders, tasks, shopping lists and shared support into one space.

Use it to organise your own day, share household tasks with a partner, or help someone you love while supporting their independence.

Appointments, bills, visits and everyday tasks such as feeding a pet, collecting a parcel or putting out the right colour bin can easily become scattered across notes, messages, whiteboards, phone calls and emails.

Forget Me Not brings them together, helping to prevent tasks from being missed, duplicated or left for one person to remember.

Forget Me Not can be used by an individual, a couple or household, someone receiving support, or a trusted person helping someone else. You can support another person while continuing to keep your own reminders, to-do list and shopping list. More than one trusted person can support someone. For a reminder marked as needing help, a trusted person can offer to help, or the person receiving support can choose one of their trusted people.

SHARING AND CONTROL

The person receiving support remains in control. They choose who to invite, which features each trusted person can access, and when that access should be removed.

Reminder access can be set to:

• View only
• Add and edit

Permission to see completed reminders is controlled separately. Shopping-list and to-do-list access can also be granted or removed independently. These are collaborative lists, so access includes adding, completing, editing and deleting items.

Depending on the permissions granted, a trusted person can view, add, edit or remove reminders and collaborate on shopping and to-do items. Only the person receiving the reminder records whether it has been completed.

Invitations can be accepted using a QR code or the matching written code. Camera access is optional and requested only when someone chooses to scan a QR code. Scanned images are processed on the device and are not retained or uploaded.

ACCESSIBILITY

Forget Me Not uses clear layouts, plain language and large touch targets. Text can be increased by up to 30%, and you can choose between your phone setting, light mode and dark mode.

Personal reminders and lists remain on your device unless you choose to create a shared family space. Shared information is available only to invited, verified members with the permissions you select.

Forget Me Not is a productivity and family-support app for everyday organisation.

Notification delivery can be affected by device permissions, battery settings and other Android system settings.

What’s new

Families can now coordinate help for selected reminders. Trusted people can offer to help, and the person receiving support can choose or change who is helping. Shared reminders, shopping and tasks have also been made more reliable.
