Ratings and reviews

App works on a basic level in terms of ordering and payment, but there are a lot of kinks they need to work out. The GPS tracking is so jenky that it's impossible to enter my home address correctly. Drivers get lost trying to find my place. I also don't like that there is no option to add a tip after the fact. I like to tip for good service, and might add more based on the service received, but this app doesn't give me that option.

What happened? Why do I have to log in each time? And you lost my address details? And the address selector is terrible- I spent 20 minutes entering my address! And I work in mobile app development! And the back button does not work. Menus take forever to load. Please fix this. I order almost weekly from you.I love the service (though the support is non existent).

This app is user friendly and It is easy to use and has really easy interface which attracts to order food online. filter section is great to use like cusine type , restaurant rating and many more things which makes lets eats very first choice to use if you want to order food from outside restaurant. Delivery is really fast..overall experience with Let's eat always good .
