Every year, we organize the ICM Knowledge Parade: an event for HR and L&D professionals and managers. During this inspiring day, networking, in-depth learning, and practical applicability take center stage. Keynote speaker Paul Iske demonstrates why ‘failure intelligence’ is essential for organizations that want to continue developing. Not to celebrate mistakes, but to create a culture in which there is room for reflection, innovation, and continuous improvement. You can choose from the various program components yourself, such as workshops, talks, and experiential sessions.
