Not really much one can see and do on the app. I'm trying to see how much Ive paid on my loan but that doesn't show. It wants to show progress on active loans but that page jumps back and won't pop up anywhere. Why? Very inconvenient. Your agents also only know as much as the clients which is not alot. One gets better help only when going in personally
