App is great when it works. All devices say that they are off when some are actually on, and all have a red circle next to them when internet is clearly working. I uninstalled and reinstalled app hoping that would fix issue...nope, now I can't even log in all I get is a black screen with a continue box that I can't even click on SMH

This app was very convenient in the beginning. And now, it doesn't work half of the time. Malfunctions often. Freezes and the only way to fix the Freeze is to uninstall the app and reinstall it and start the process all over again with the same issues 😑 insanity.

I can't even open the app, my phone tells me it is closing due to a bug and I have to wait until the developer releases a fix... really glad I'm forced to pay for this app each month by my apartment complex and I can't even use it to open entry gates to my apartment.
