About this app

FlashMathFlash is a simple, focused flash card app for building fast, confident mental math with whole numbers: multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction. It's great for kids learning their math facts and for anyone who wants to sharpen the basics.

One-time payment. No ads. No in-app purchases. No account. No data collected. FlashMathFlash doesn't even connect to the internet, so practice time stays practice time.

HOW IT WORKS
Choose your Focus Numbers, the numbers you want to practice most, and a range of Helper Numbers to pair them with. For example, pick 7 and 8 as Focus Numbers with Helper Numbers 1 through 10, and you'll drill 7 × 1 through 7 × 10 and 8 × 1 through 8 × 10, shuffled and shown one card at a time. Turn on "Commute" and the order may be flipped (like 3 × 7), but your Focus Numbers still show up the most.

FEATURES
• All four operations: practice one at a time, or mix several in a single session
• Timed sessions or a set number of cards, so you can race the clock or go at your own pace
• Optional negative numbers and commute to stretch your skills once the basics are solid
• Detailed results: every card you answered, the correct answer for any you missed, plus accuracy 🎯 and speed ⚡ ratings
• Share your session summary so you know exactly what to work on next time
• Study Sheets: math-fact reference tables for all four operations, including a full multiplication grid
• Session history saved on your device so you can watch your progress over time
• Sound effects and haptics, each with its own on/off switch
• Dark mode
• Designed for phones and tablets
• Your settings are remembered between sessions

GETTING STARTED
We recommend starting with 1 through 10 for each operation, then adding negatives and 11 through 15 once you've mastered 1 through 10.
