Hints & tips
- InMotion TM is not compatible with products from the previous LEVOLOR® motorization program. This includes shades that are controlled with the previous LEVOLOR® app, 3-channel remote, and 6-channel remote.

Worst app I have used in my life. Keeps giving me random Java errors and nothing will work if the hub is offline. What's the point in setting up the app and creating all the routines if nothing will work once the USB goes dormant. There is a very limited amount of routines you can set up (forces you to get another hub) and too manual. Blinds keep disappearing and impossible to pair again. I'm sure chatgpt can create a better app. Waste of time and money for sure. Very disappointed in Levolor.

Some of the setup screens are completely unusable (pixel 9 pro) because the "done" button overlaps the status bar (time, battery, signal strength, etc). I could only get it to work by setting my phones accessibility setting for low vision users to big fonts and even then it was hard to tap in just the right spot to have the "done" button work reliably.

The app is buggy and not user friendly. Just to pair a shade, I had to call customer service to find out that the workaround is to tap the next button before pressing the pair button. Then, there are meaningless error messages that pop up whenever you add a new shade or view a shade's settings. If you add a secondary user, the routines they create don't show up for the primary user! Lastly, this is more about the hardware, but each hub has about a 15 ft range, no where near the advertised 98 ft.
