No databases installed? Had the app up and running well, then, when I really needed it, tells me to re-enter password and download databases again. This is life and death people, get your act together!
Above PAR, but updates on 6.0 don't work Great reference... Possibly the best. But ever since installing Android 6.0 content updates have failed. I have to try the update 4-5 times for it to take. Please fix!
Fix "Store files on SD Card" This is a great resource app, but the "Store files on SD Card" feature doesn't do what it says. It stores the databases on the internal SD Card, not the external SD Card. I know that is confusing, but the devices I use classify "/sdcard/lexi" as internal storage when they should be routing the databases to "/storage/extSdCard/". I do not have enough internal storage space left to update the databases and I need this issue fixed so that it actually stores the databases on the true SD card and not just the weirdly named internal SD card of an Android OS. If this is fixed, it will certainly get 5 stars as I think this is otherwise a great app.
Great reference Great reference if u have subscription (but do keep in mind, it is a US medical database, so don't expect to find much information on drugs not sold in US). But the store in SD card feature does not work.
Never stored data to SD card Yes, Lexi is a useful database. Checked the move to SD card option in the app, but all data is still stored to my phone. Just frustrating.
I use Lexicomp every single day, whether it's rounding on my patients in the hospital wards, or seeing them in clinic. I adore this app, and it's been very helpful, not only with my management decisions, but talking to patients about drug side effects, mechanism, and disease processes. I would highly recommend it to any healthcare professional.
