New app sucks. The old app worked great, why get rid of it. This new one takes 10+ minutes to open. Super slow and useless. It is easier now just to go to the website. Update 1/3/22: Still useless. Every time I open the app, it must download every policy section before I can do anything, and that can take 10 minutes. I manage my department's policy manual and look up sections numerous times a day. Now I just go to the website on my phone because this app is a waste. Really bummed about this.

Hello! You ask a question that deserved an answer when you posted it. We added some functionality to the web app that made it necessary to write a new mobile app. We have tried to address the issues that we know about (even as recent as a release 12/7). Please download the new app and let us know of issues you experience. Thanks!

8-30-2023-Update-I was able to re-install the app and login. I'll update again if it continues to work. 07-03-2023-Still broken. After years of 1-star reviews, it is still broken. It won't even take my login anymore (yes, my username and password are correct and allow me into the website, yes I deleted and reinstalled). Even when it used to let me in, it was constantly reloading, super slow, and barely usable. The old app was the way to go, now it is a useless waste of memory.

App has to reload its data each time you open it. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to load each time. If you open policies or DTBs during this time you get the spinning wheel of death. App won't load in the background, so if you switch to something else while it loads (like writing this review) you have to start loading the app all over again. Please go back to the old app or fix this one. P.S. The iOS one does the same thing.
