Ratings and reviews

It definitely serves its purpose, but the UI is incredibly poor quality compared to competing apps. Aside from the dated look of the app, my main issue is how difficult it is to drag and place tiles where you intend to play them. It just isn't calibrated well for touchscreen. I would change my review if this one thing was improved. Also, there is no way to view/edit your profile, avatar, user information, or email notification preferences without logging into the browser.

Stops working way more than it should. Update: Shows my games but when I try to play the screens are blank of any tiles, both on the "board" and in my "rack." No way I can play the game. Sometimes app notifies me when it's my turn to play, other times not. Can't figure out why. Update: "Turn notifications" remains toggled ON, but after a recent update I'm no longer getting notifications. 7/9 Periodically the notifications function doesn't work. Glitchy. Frustrating.

After last update in May 2025, there have been some glitches. Most recently has been showing a blank, white screen when the app is opened, even after refreshing it several times. I literally had to uninstall and reinstall the app to see my games again. Also, I'm no longer getting notifications of opponents games played, even though the notifications tab is on. It's not my device either because I'm getting notifications on other games, Facebook, my emails and texts, etc.
