Introducing the new Lexus Link+ , a set of connected and remote services designed to make life easier for owners of a connectable Lexus model.

Communicate and manage your car wherever you are using the Lexus Link+ app on your smartphone. Find your car, precondition your car’s cabin temperature remotely, optimise your driving style, receive driving analytics, service reminders and maintenance notifications – and so much more.

Ratings and reviews

Sadly not the most reliable App or the most useful. Often tells me the car is unlocked when it isn't and the driving history is always out of date, currently it's over a month out with info on my latest drive. I had expected the App would allow for remote parking but that never materialised. Not a great fan of the current version of the App, the first version was better/clearer. The most useful thing is knowing when the car is charged, shame you have to keep refreshing the App though.

Unreliable, can't even connect most of the time. It simply says it can't find the car. Then when it does connect nothing loads except the last time it refreshed. No trips, fuel percentage doesn't update. Nothing. Worked fine on my last car but doesn't on this one. Similar issues reported by other people so has to be an app issue. Contacted support and get 1 response every 2 days with scripted responses which don't help rather than responding to my message.

The trip information shown omits the last trip or two so data such as fuel status is incorrect. The app no longer shows the vehicle location. In summary the information presented cannot be relied upon and thus the app seems more like a marketing gimmick than a serious piece of software that has been adequately tested. Lexus cars are renowned for their quality and reliability and my own experience with the actual cars has been excellent. This app risks damaging that highly valuable reputation.
