Are you a civil engineer and want to help when a family is unsure if they can continue living in their home?
Tilin Tilineros — Volunteer Engineer Mode — is the app for professionals who provide support during structural emergencies in Venezuela: earthquakes, severe building damage, and cases requiring a quick and clear technical assessment.
What do you do with the app?
• You receive alerts when a structural assessment is requested.
• You review the case: location, photos, videos, and context of the damage.
• You accept the request and coordinate a virtual assessment or an in-person visit.
• You provide your professional assessment and issue the habitability report.
• The client receives a PDF with your assessment: habitable, uninhabitable, or observations.
How does it work?
You use the same Tilin Tilineros app with your volunteer engineer account. It's not the client app (Tilin): it's the tool for the Tilin technical team.
The program is voluntary: your work helps families in critical moments, with coordination and support from the Tilin team.
Who is it for?
Certified civil engineers invited to or registered in Tilin's volunteer program to assess habitability in emergency situations.
If you already have volunteer engineer credentials, download the app, log in, and check your Requests inbox.
If you'd like to join the program, register as a volunteer engineer through the app or contact the Tilin team.
