very bad app does not work constantly logs me out when I asked for help via email the asked me for a bunch of proof I provided them with my serial number order number and many other things they asked me to send a video of it not working their email as they should know if it's over a certain amount of data will not send I asked them to please provide me with an actual way of proof that I can do so far they've said that they cannot help me that's their only form of communication waiting for help

A toothbrush should not need an app and definitely not an account to enable a 30 second timer or make it go for longer than 2 minutes!

Fix the app!!! I can't log in anymore. I never get a verification code, either through phone or email.
