never worked, brand new out of the box. they hid behind warranty technicalities blamed me and ran off with my money. the app is over complicated, not that I ever got to use it as the toothbrush never worked. criminals

I have my account under my phone number. Can't log in because the app won't send me a verification code!! Why do I even need a verification code instead of a password!? What's someone going to do? ... Hack my account and turn my toothbrush on and off??? MAKE LOGGING IN LESS BROKEN

the app just stop working, and I reinstalled it and now it failed to verify. this is very annoying as I turned on airplane mode for travelling and now I cant turn it off my toothbrush is basically not working electrically
