late fees are not fair they should not be done by someone inof a computer,Because when they charge you by mistake they said they cannot put the money back in your account .

The new app is super glitchy and I can't even see my checks anymore they're not listed like they were on the last app which was super convenient and chronological order. I have to search for checks and their images don't come up so I can't even verify who they were written too and for how much etc I guess I have to go into the bank...again to figure this out

App was just fine, won't open at all since latest update. Update Jan 2021: after a long period of perfect functioning,app won't open at all. It's these periodic broken updates that suck, but when it's (usually) working, it's a great app.
