About this game

Small Talk is a speech game where players take turns judging the best speech of the other players in the round.
The speakers draw a topic card and must speak no longer than 2 minutes on the topic they have drawn. The winner in the round is presented with a Bubble Award. Collect 5 Bubble Awards and win the game!
Determine who will be Player 1. Players are then numbered consecutively with play moving to the left of player 1.
Player 1 always goes first, and other players take turns following.
The holder of the phone moves left at the end of EACH ROUND. This starts with player 1. If there is a tie in voting at the end of the round, the player holding the phone breaks the tie.
Open SmallTalk, enter the number of players and push 'Start Game'
The Topic for Player 1 appears, and he/she should begin speaking about the topic.
Note that you have 2 minutes to speak, but you do not need to take the entire 2 minutes.
The players turn ends when they conclude their speech or when time has expired.
Play then moves to the next player, and they give their speech on their topic. Continue until all players have spoken in the round.
Select a winner by consensus/voting. The player holding the phone enters the winning player number and pushes the 'Next Round' button.
Continue playing until one player has earned five bubbles.
