This app is borderline a scam. Steer clear! It worked fine the first time I loaded up 2 90' trips but the second time it bugged out, charged me 5€ without actually loading up the product I paid for and ever since, I can't use the card at all through the app because it says I have a pending product I need to redeem and there's nothing I can do about it. Guy at the ticket center basically told me there's nothing that can be done and I won't be able to use the card through the app again.

if it works it is ok, dysfunctional but since I use it at most once or twice a month bearable. But at times it refuses to read the card, forcing you to spend hours trying over and over again. Also why does it require me to login just to read if I have an active product in the card, this kind of reading should be done from the homepage without any login required.

Awful app. All these years, the company hasn't bothered to add the option of a virtual ticket card, so you have to carry your physical card with you, meaning it's easier to lose it and then you have to pay for a new one.
