This app is borderline a scam. Steer clear! It worked fine the first time I loaded up 2 90' trips but the second time it bugged out, charged me 5€ without actually loading up the product I paid for and ever since, I can't use the card at all through the app because it says I have a pending product I need to redeem and there's nothing I can do about it. Guy at the ticket center basically told me there's nothing that can be done and I won't be able to use the card through the app again.

Purchased a stored value and after multiple attempts to load it through the described procedure I cannot find any top up button. Shame on you for taking up our time and money like this. Edit: apparently the next morning I was able to see the amount to top up. However it really caused me a problem when I needed the cars the most. Another problem is that when I read the card through NFC, if I don't remember that password the it's game over (can't reset it with amka+pin as some error comes up)

You need to fix the app! For example, I am charged two times the price of the airport ticket with a time difference of around 1 minute. Then I only see one ticket in my app. Another thing is that, when you have the card charged with 10+1 tickets plus an airport ticket, and you board on a train from Athens towards airport, it will be one of the 10 + 1 tickets that will be charged on the gate. That means that on a possible check you can be fined!
