[How to Use]

■ Home
- Register your frequently visited stores and favorite machines, and check their status at a glance.
- You can check the current status of the machines you have paid for.
- View various notifications in one place.

■ Store List
- Search for nearby stores by distance.
- Find nearby stores at a glance through the map.
- Bookmark your frequently visited stores to easily reserve machines.

■ Payment
- Scan the QR code to make payments easily.
(Currently supported in some countries, with plans to expand support to more countries.)

■ My Laundry
- Check the status of the machines you have reserved and your laundry in real-time, and receive notifications.

■ My Page
- Change settings such as notification preferences, and report any issues or inconveniences via email.

- Device and App History: Data collection for service improvement
Optional Access Permissions
- Location: To find nearby stores
- Camera: To scan QR codes for payment
- Push Notifications: To notify you of machine status and laundry completion

Laundry Crew supports the following 11 languages:
Korean, English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Croatian, Indonesian, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai.

What’s new

■ The layout of major screens such as Home, Store, Payment, and My Laundry has been improved to support integration with new product lines (Professional model).
