After multiple follow ups with customer care and negative review on Play store, finally managed to get a technician to come over for service, albeit without the filters! Apparently it is the job of the customer to inform them that filters need to be changed as this was the reason provided by the technician for not bringing any filters along. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that details of when filters are changed are updated in their records also.

Really bad, unable to complete registration, it crashes every time trying to select my location from drop down. I was already frustrated with the cust. care number, which nobody picks up... on top that, this app is really a pain

This app fails in the registration stage itself. The error messages aren't properly handled either. App crashes abruptly. From a product perspective please stay away from LG, as they don't seem to have a properly aligned customer support team.
