No point in customer registering his products when you already have his linked phone no. Would suggest that the makers actually first use this app themselves to understand various shortcomings and uselessness of this app. It feels more like a typical sarkari app right now. App can be awesome for both the customers and the company if executed properly.
The products are not at all worthy. I bought LED TV just a week ago and having trouble with picture mode which automatically changes after every 2 minutes. Customer care are not responding well. Seller told to wait a week to resolve. Disgusting
Own a front loading washing machine. After paying thrice for the same problem and getting scammed by their technician over and over, I have decided to vote with my wallet and never ever buy an LG product again.
Pathetic service. Highly insensitive officials and visiting technicians. Pls do not go for LG as customer satisfaction is no longer their priority. Only 1 month of purchase and rats enter through spaces along the edges of the rat mat and cut all the wiring. Gone are those days when customer satisfaction was supreme for the company.
Registration doesn't happen. When it actually happens and you register a complaint, the engineer arrives only to tell you that your machine is old... Try fixing it from local technician. If I have to hear this every time, why do I need your so called technician? What kind of service is this???
