Ratings and reviews

After multiple follow ups with customer care and negative review on Play store, finally managed to get a technician to come over for service, albeit without the filters! Apparently it is the job of the customer to inform them that filters need to be changed as this was the reason provided by the technician for not bringing any filters along. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that details of when filters are changed are updated in their records also.

Really bad, unable to complete registration, it crashes every time trying to select my location from drop down. I was already frustrated with the cust. care number, which nobody picks up... on top that, this app is really a pain

if you are happy with your life and everything is going great with you but your life is boring because there's no ups and downs then just buy a LG product and download this app. You won't be able to do anything through this aap and trust me, you will hate your life, your home and eventually yourself. This app crash more frequently than a Boing Aircrafts and lags more than a windows XP PC trying to run crysis. If you are able register your product thank god because you just witnessed a miracle.
