Completely useless, full of restrictions. If it's not copyright it's any other possible excuse not to allow you to watch. Also terrible at keeping track of registered devices, I only use one and every time I use the app it thinks it's a new device, so again another annoying restriction with a maximum number of allowed devices even when this is innacurate. Worst user experience possible.
As with everything else with the horizon box... My head is wrecked! Upgraded to horizon a few months back, big plan to hide the box in a 'comms' room out of the way... The HDMI signal from the box is so weak it can't work with long hdmi cables, though every other device i tested worked fine. Eventually found a hdmi booster that worked withthe box and then discovered the RF remote isn't strong enough to reach the box... Last resort is this app.... Most of the time it doesn't detect the box on the network!! The very odd time that it does connect, it works fine....
Too many copyright restrictions, can't watch everything I would like. Won't sync with my phone or tablet
Has become a lot more stable since it changed to Virgin. Now a great app.
Can't watch this, can't watch that . Restriction this, Restriction that . Useless .
Something I'm aloud to watch the channels the next day saying I can't watch saying I don't have the channels on my package
