NB:
- Always use the latest version of the Ziggo GO app
- If you are a Ziggo customer, log in with your My Ziggo details and enjoy the complete range of Ziggo TV. If you are not a customer and are a UEFA viewer, log in with your Ziggo Sport Free details.
- Watching TV via 4G or 5G uses a lot of MB from your mobile data bundle. Your mobile provider may charge extra costs if you use up your data bundle. Therefore, preferably watch via WiFi. That won't cost you anything extra.

Minimum requirements and conditions

- The Ziggo GO app does not support rooted Android devices

So much worse ... In window view is not working anymore. When watching on mobile devices the landscape functions is just working on an algoritm I still have to understand. Volume is not always to be controlled with the mobile device volume even though the settings are set to do so. It just keep on crashing as well on mobile devices as on the web. As I said, so much worse. Thank you :-(

Can't create an account. After 2,5 hours finally managed to get one, only to have login issues again, even when i used the correct password. Asked for a password reset, but still waiting on that for 1 hour. We are forced to use this app if you want to watch European Cup football, because it isn't on a open channel. I moved away from this supplier years ago because there were issues with the tv and internet connection all the time. And always blame the customer. Looks like nothing changed

This app worked quite good before but since a week or so it stutters all the time. Freezing images and sound, skips seconds, you can't really watch normal tv anymore. Seems there was an untested update, as the app is poor now. I use it every day, use chromecast to watch on the tv but now it is no fun anymore. Hope it will be fixed soon.....

Hi Harold, we are working hard on these problems so that everyone can quickly use our app again without any problems. Do you experience these problems only with casting or also when looking directly on your phone?
