The self verification step is designed so bad that users with longer names can not pass. This issue needs to be fixed as many people want to use the climate card. Thanks for the reply. The issue is not related to telecommunication companies as no difficulty using it for other services. Actually, the verification screen should allow more input size on the name field since it's the root cause. Please release the fixed version to address this issue. Thanks.

As described by many foreign users, the application doesn't allow for verification for people with longer names. It doesn't have to do with the phone company, since my name at the phone provider is exactly how it was registered at immigration/ARC. But the app name field doesn't allow the necessary characters to add my full name and the verification step cannot be processed. Please fix the character limit on the name field.

For many months, I've struggled to recharge my T-money physical prepaid card via the T-money mobile app. Despite trying troubleshooting suggested by customer support—clearing app cache, data, reinstalling the app and removing the SIM—the issue persists. My Korean SIM and device support NFC, used successfully at stores. However, when my card is tagged with the mobile, the recharge menu does not appear in T-money app; Only balance inquiry is possible. Seeking help or others with similar issues.
