[What is PASS?]

[Usage Guide]
- The PASS service is a free service provided by LG U+.
- Membership registration: After installing the app and completing identity verification, register your password or biometric authentication information to use in the PASS app to complete your service subscription.
- Simple identity verification: Simple identity verification is completed when you complete authentication through the PASS app. If you set app notifications to ON, you can use it more quickly. (No notification when attempting authentication after deleting the app)
- Check mobile driver's license: You can register your driver's license in the PASS app and use it safely online and offline. Especially offline, verification is completed when the organization/verifier who requested the QR code/barcode on the mobile driver's license screen reads the code.
- Mobile verification of resident registration card: Even without a physical resident registration card, you can check whether you are an adult or not by registering the information contained in your resident registration card to the PASS app. Authenticity verification is completed when the institution/verifier reads the QR code offline.
- PASS certificate: You can receive and use a certificate after verifying your identity and verifying an account in your name. The issued certificate is valid for 3 years.

[Note]
- Available for Android OS 6 or higher. Fingerprint authentication method may be limited depending on the phone model.
- Use of the service may be restricted for terminals released by other carriers.
- If you arbitrarily change the mobile phone usage environment (rooting, hacking, etc.), the PASS service may not work.
- The app password is not stored separately to protect your personal information, so please be careful not to forget your password!

[PASS access permission items]
1. Required access rights
- Phone: PASS by U+ collects/transmits/stores phone numbers to verify and authenticate user information when signing up for membership and using mobile phone payment services.

2. Optional access rights
- Notification: Required to receive notifications such as identity verification, authentication service, and benefit information.
- Photos and videos (storage space): Required when attaching and saving images saved on the device.
- Camera: Required when using services such as QR code authentication, driver's license photography, ID verification, and photo taking.
- Location: Required when submitting (sending) a mobile driver's license confirmation to financial institutions, public institutions, etc., and providing customized information based on real-time location information.
- Bio information: Required for fingerprint authentication to verify identity.
- Address Book (Contacts): Required to retrieve contact information for gifting and to use the caution information function only for numbers not in your contacts.
- Accessibility: Required to check whether links visited on Samsung Internet or Chrome are dangerous.
- Display above other apps: Required to display the results of whether links visited on Samsung Internet or Chrome are dangerous.
- Stop optimizing battery usage: This is necessary to monitor device functions and apps in real time to check the risk of the device.

Ratings and reviews

We need English version. International supports as well... Please. These are the little things that make your product grows. LG QVoice is another great Voice assistance app that should be in English as well. LG is a big Brand which I love and prefer among other brands, but has no app that people love and used for example, Samsung have there own app store with some cool app that people love

If you live in Korea, this app is a necessity. Most purchasing, ordering, banking and shopping apps will require you to self identify via phone number or an "authentication verification" application. If you use your phone in Korea for personal, professional or financial management purposes, I recommend this app as "Pass" is more relyable and faster than other alts.

Doesn't work at all, tried many times and couldn't get verified.. Saying I cannot be verified (????) this apps sucks July 15. The same errors happens again again... This is software issue and you guys cannot figure it out how to fix.. Whatever... I can live without this apps..
