I would give negative 100 stars if possible! Don't buy any warranties or anything from them. They lie! They will only give you a discount that isn't a discount instead of actually fixing it. I had to fight them and finally received a partial refund. Then I had to go have it fixed myself, which was a lot cheaper than the warranty itself!

Last year, before moving to Texas into our dream home, I did my research on Home Warranty companies and found that Liberty Home Guard (LHG) was by far the best for my area. I've only had to submit a claim once, but I submitted the claim through the app, and the process was easy. An LHG contractor was provided that same day! I could go on the app and communicate which stage of the process I was in from when the contractor arrived, when they were complete, and so on. The LHG app was wonderful!
