The Liberty Hydra application is used to manage electric car charging process. Liberty Access Technologies allows members to manage when and how much to spend on charging their vehicles.

This app was not great before (I would have given it 3 stars) now it does not function at all. Upon opening, I don't have the time to select the "sign in" button. The app crashes immediately. This is a problem in any setting, but when I can't charge my electric car, it's a serious problem. I've tried using the web based system but the codes i get don't always work. Very frustrating.

No frills app that lets you pre-pruchase a block of charging time. The app issues a code to enter into the charger's keypad. It worked with obstacles. The user experienc overall is poor, lags behind competitors. Issues: 1. The purchased code has an expiration time but the app doesn't tell you that nor what it is. 2. Support phone is staffed only during business hours. 3. Key sequence to punch in is the charger number (took me a while to figure out) + the code, sprinkled with * and #. Cryptic!

Completely useless! I am extremely disappointed and angry. They have a charger at my apartment and it wasnt even activated. I finally got the management to activate it and the first time i use it i got scammed. I went on the app and paid $8.90 for four hours of charging. The code it provided does not work at all. Super pissed off about this whole thing. I wish i can give 0 star. Highly suggest people to not use this. There is also no customer support option inside the app.
