I bought into the hype and decided to try their service, but honestly, this is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used. For over three hours, I’ve been unable to book a ride. Every time I get to the payment stage, none of the options work. Zap by Paystack, supposedly the fastest, has my money stuck even after a successful transaction. I eventually funded the Libra wallet, but hours later, nothing has reflected. Overall, it’s been a really bad experience.

Hello devs, I've been using my app stress-free for a long time now, I just updated the app and my travel route seems to have unavailable busses. It was working just a few days ago. I decided to look into it and check other routes/your popular routes and it seems they're still not working. So except you guys are planning to shut down can you look into this? Thanks.

shity payment system and irregular network, money taken and still no funding to wallet and all i get is visit my bank from customer service. money Zap by paystack and no reflection for days and no refund still.
