i was just debited the sum of ₦15,836 from my account today, which was carried out via a web transaction. I did not initiate or authorize the transaction. I have checked both my wallet balance, and the debited amount is not reflected anywhere. I also contacted my bank, and I was informed that the transaction originated from your platform. Kindly treat this as urgent and investigate the issue. I request that the amount be reversed

I bought into the hype and decided to try their service, but honestly, this is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used. For over three hours, I’ve been unable to book a ride. Every time I get to the payment stage, none of the options work. Zap by Paystack, supposedly the fastest, has my money stuck even after a successful transaction. I eventually funded the Libra wallet, but hours later, nothing has reflected. Overall, it’s been a really bad experience.

I strongly advise against booking with Libmotors due to their unreliable service. I confirmed an afternoon bus with customer care and booked online, but on arrival, I was told no such bus was available and had to wait for hours. This isn’t my first experienceon another occasion, I booked a 5:30 a.m. bus and still faced long delays. This consistent poor service is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and will not use Libmotors again.
