I bought into the hype and decided to try their service, but honestly, this is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used. For over three hours, I’ve been unable to book a ride. Every time I get to the payment stage, none of the options work. Zap by Paystack, supposedly the fastest, has my money stuck even after a successful transaction. I eventually funded the Libra wallet, but hours later, nothing has reflected. Overall, it’s been a really bad experience.

I just got the app downloaded, and I tried to book, it's been showing selecting a bus for your ride for over 30mins, I've patiently waited severally, but it's still not working. Rectify it now ooo, otherwise I'm going to another transit. Also the phones in the vehicle isn't working, i tried to use it to see movies, it wasn't responding. All the phones on the vehicle. I even tried connecting my data to see movies, still it wasn't responding. please try to fix that. it's discouraging

This is my first time using this app, Although it was great making payment, not knowing that contact information was traveller' names, the app brought out my name automatically. So when I realised that, I couldn't even change the names, I have mailed them no reply, I have called nobody is to attend to the calls, which is a bad impression atleast they would have provided where one would see a review before making payment, and this person is travelling today, I hope they changed the name today ooo
