Library For All is a free, community-run book-sharing platform built for readers all across India. No subscriptions. No rentals. No fees on the books themselves. Just a simple promise: read a book, retain it for a short while, then pass it on to the next reader.

✦ DONATE A BOOK IN UNDER A MINUTE
Take up to 4 photos of any book you own — fiction, non-fiction, academic, competitive-exam prep, school textbooks, or kids' books. Choose its category, condition, pickup mode (self-pickup or mail), and whether you're donating it for Educational use, Reading, or both. Your book is now live for anyone nearby to request.

✦ BROWSE BOOKS NEAR YOU
Library For All uses your approximate location to show you books available in your city. Each book card shows the title, author, category, distance from you, condition, and live status — Available, Borrowed, or how many people are already in the queue.

✦ REQUEST BY SELF-PICKUP OR MAIL
Found a book you want? Send a request, choose self-pickup or postal delivery, and share your phone number or postal address. The current holder accepts and you exchange the book offline — quickly, directly, and free.

✦ READ IT, RETAIN IT, PASS IT ON
You can hold up to 2 active books at a time. Standard reading window is 30 days. Academic books listed under "Professional Courses" — BE, B.Tech. M.B.B.S. B.Sc. MBA, CA, UPSC, JEE prep, and similar multi-volume titles — get a 6-month window. When you're done, tap "Pass it on" and the book becomes available to the next reader, this time listed under your name. The book chain keeps moving.

✦ FOUNDER HANDOVER
Can't pass the book on yourself? Request a founder handover from inside the app and the admin will personally help coordinate so the chain stays alive.

✦ SAFE & ACCOUNTABLE
Every book is listed by a real Google-authenticated user. You can flag any book or user that violates our rules — Inappropriate content, Copyright, Harassment, or Other. Our admin reviews every report and can remove books or suspend accounts. Wrong-category listings are deleted. Pornography or obscene material is permanently banned.

✦ PRIVACY FIRST
We collect only what is needed. Your phone number is private by default and only shared with the other party after a request is accepted. Your location is approximate. We never sell your data. There are no ads.

You must own the books you donate. Once donated, books belong to the community and continue moving. All exchanges happen offline between donor and reader — Library For All is a digital matching platform, not a courier or custodian.
