I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

Very worst appI am extremely frustrated with the current login process. When attempting to log in via OTP, the app requires the Date of Birth to be entered in a specific DD/MM/YYYY format. However, the app triggers a numeric-only keyboard that does not include a "slash" (/) key. Because the field is not auto-formatted, it is impossible to type the required slashes, effectively locking users out of their accounts. This is a basic UI/UX oversight.

Worst app...why you guys have made changing password such a headache...firstly, every 2 months i have to change password and then changing password is a nightmare....after that, when you are just about to submit the changed password, the app will hang showing technical issues and the password wont get submitted. Seriously, i am writing this out of frustration, otherwise I don't care about giving my reviews for any other app.
