I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

LIC has forced everyone to install their app and removed their policy details from website. The app is unable to show any details for the past 3-4 weeks and the tech team has never looked into this I think. The PIN login does not work and OTP Login works. After logging in, it shows all policies but it keeps loading forever when you click on viewing individual policy details. Such a big company leaving all customers with such a bad application is a shame!

Developer of this app doesn't know how to develop UI . For enter OTP page he kept resend button immediate after otp text box like Submit button. developer doesn't have common sense. resend button should be keep less highlighted and small size. But here resend button looks like Submit button. And also we can't check policy details, it is loading for long time and failing. Also UPI is not working.
