I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

I was very happy to see that finally someone working to improve LIC website and mobile app. But it is very unfortunate to see that user experience is degrading, day by day. Now login to mobile app is itself a pain and if u get success the most of the features didn't load. Very frustrating experience so far with app.

worst navigation, options doesn't work properly, it's very difficult to complete payment transaction, for quick pay, policy number is mandatory, who'll keep policy number while paying premium? there should be validation based on registered mobile no or email id. App behavior, function, UI is of 1980s. Need to improve a lot.
