I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

Very poor payment gateway... Everytime I try to make payments on the app, either the policy no. (Which is already registered) Does not get accepted or by any chance you somehow reach the payment gateway, the payment gateway throws you out if anything in the payment option selection goes wrong... Then you have to wait for 30 mins to get back in.... Pathetic. can't wait for so long to make a single payment .. Very very Worst App

Very poor payment gateway service. UPI payment option doesn't work on both of their gateways - Billdesk or Paytm. It gives error on upi app selection and on QR selection, it doesn't load any QR. such payhetic app. this happens same for both logged in or direct payment journey since last 15 days. Then it gets blocked for 30 mins. Renewal premium payment delayed due to this.
