I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

Since last 1-2 months, I am not able to see my policy details on the website; it asks to download the app and check there. I downloaded the app, but till date it hasn't shown me my policy details. It shows policy number, I click on it, and then it keeps loading forever and times out. I am getting this issue since last 2 months, and they still haven't fixed it. The most basic feature of the app isn't working, and they are doing nothing. They have also disabled these features on the website.

Very poor experience. It doesn't generate policy details and time out after a long time on buffering... Doesn't take biometric login, always through network error.. The worst part is that to promote the App and make users to download, policy details in the website have been turned off and it insists on getting it through the app. No clue is it because of data traffic (because I tried late night too and same situation) or poor quality design. Trusted brands should not do such things.
