The app seems to be getting worse and worse. Even the website is also not working properly. Unable to login because it's asking me to reset password. When trying to restet password, captcha verification always fails. So basically I'm not able to access my details. I have to pay the premium for this year but I'm not able to do it at all. Whoever is heading the development team should quit the job. Shame on you for a pathetic product.

Third class app and website neither allowing to login with email or mobile OTP generation. It's turning to forget password and asking for user ID wher will get such user I'd and even after entering it's not loading site or app. How to renewal premium. Lic app doesn't have any withdrawal option only incoming then why lot of restrictions and super dynamic security, where user end up with frustration. It's a torcher app.

The app currently restricts login creation if the policyholder's birth year is after 2006, but agents sell policies without age brackets. Users need a parent account to view policies, requiring additional purchases. To fix, allow logins regardless of birth year to access child policies without extra purchases. This improves user experience and aligns with typical access expectations. I am not able to login for my daughter policy as she is only 2 year old.
