I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

unable to access my ANY policy details on the lic digital app. I see an error - FOR NAV DETAILS PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICING BRANCH OR CUSTOMER ZONE.......I give 1 star rating as there are no options for Zero rating...,.UPDATE:::Still the same issue.. it's really disappointing that LIC IT has not fixed the issue/bug despite the prolonged duration??¿¿

Very poor payment gateway... Everytime I try to make payments on the app, either the policy no. (Which is already registered) Does not get accepted or by any chance you somehow reach the payment gateway, the payment gateway throws you out if anything in the payment option selection goes wrong... Then you have to wait for 30 mins to get back in.... Pathetic. can't wait for so long to make a single payment .. Very very Worst App
