I was very happy to see that finally someone working to improve LIC website and mobile app. But it is very unfortunate to see that user experience is degrading, day by day. Now login to mobile app is itself a pain and if u get success the most of the features didn't load. Very frustrating experience so far with app.

LIC of India is the most horrible and worst insurance provider. It doesn't have any options for the customers to get it done online. I had to take leave twice just to get my auto debit through ECS cancelled. The worst part is it's not done. I have to take leave again just to get this fixed. Very sure that LIC will lose out soon to other competitors just because of the quality of service that it is delivering.

Most frustrating app ever! LIC app is a nightmare to use – slow, buggy, and crashes constantly. Login issues, poor user interface, and half the features don’t even work properly. Every update somehow makes it worse. It feels like no proper testing is done before releasing. Extremely disappointing experience from such a big organization.
