Helpful - gives good examples of how the questions will be worded/what to expect. Our professor who teaches a course on taking the exam said that this app and the other one just like it are a good way to prepare. Time will tell. My only complaint is that it hasn't been updated in 10 years so I'm not sure how relevant it still is. I'm taking the word of this professor. Most questions are about approaching therapy through the various theories. Haven't seen much on the other domains of the exam.
