Ratings and reviews

Beware of these folks. They don't deliver all the items you order (sometimes they don't even inform you about missing items) and don't even refund your money for the missing items. Their customer support person told me that they refund only when the customer asks!!! There were at least 4 orders in last 3 months that had one or two missing items and they had not refunded. I assumed that a company such as Licious who charge a premium for their products at least have such basic system in place to refund the amount if the item was not delivered. They also overcharge you sometimes after the order is placed, in the guise of weight adjustment!!! So this additional charge gets added in your next order!!!Buy it at your own risk.

I am a Licious customer from past few years. Probably the most reliable meat delivery app. both from the service and quality point of view. I can't recall if any delivery has been failed. Professionally managed. Possibly one improvement point is - it doesn't allows the buyer to give any instruction (it is important for me). I will be happy to be empowered to customize my item, beyond the predefined option, which I get from a professional live butchery counter.

First order itself was messed up. Delivery time was 9am-11am but it wasn't delivered. When contacted delivery agent he wasn't sure if my order was with him. When contacted support they were unable to track the delivery agent. I was assured for a call back in 5 minutes with details but no one called. 30 minutes past delivery time they call me & ask for rescheduling for a later time! And prices are also too high!! My first order was my last order...uninstalling the app.
