The door alarm reminds you when the fridge door is still open and, thanks to the integrated BottleTimer, also about the drinks in the freezer compartment. This makes burst bottles a thing of the past. Or activate NightMode before going to bed, if you're drawn to the fridge every now and then at night as well. The interior of your refrigerator is illuminated only with dimmed light. That way, you won't wake up from half-sleep and can get back to bed quickly after your midnight snack.

I was hoping that my last review would have fixed the issues and they have NOT! My refrigerator, wine cooler and freezer are set to US units, Fahrenheit yet the app shows the temp settings in Celsius. So there is no way to coordinate between the mobile app and the control panel on the units. Also the previous app for the wine cooler allowed the user to turn on and off the presentation light and adjust the dimming. This app fails to provide that feature.

Took me 10 minutes, to download and install the app, sign up, sign in and accept all the cookies and DP agreements , find the serial number, register the serial number etc. etc. etc. only to find out that I need an extra hardware module even to use the app. What a bad joke!

Hello J. O., we offer two variants in terms of connectivity. With one, the so-called SmartDeviceBox is already integrated, with the other, it can be purchased later in order to connect the appliance. Nevertheless, there are app features that can be used without a connected appliance. Contact SmartDevice@liebherr.com for more details. Best regards.

It just doesn't work. I've installed/uninstalled several times. I've tried accepting/not accepting cookies. I've tried allowing/disallowing the app to know the location. The app will connect to my fridge, but it then fails when it tries to access any local WiFi networks. The developer email doesn't accept emails unless a specific code is entered in the subject line, and within the body of the text. All in all thoroughly disillusioned with Liebherr.
