Select a suitable template
Customize questions and text modules
Enter studio and business information
Add logo and cover image
The templates are suitable for tattoo, beauty, teeth whitening, hair removal, and foot care studios, among others, and can be fully customized to individual requirements.
Customer Workflow
After setup, a clearly structured, three-step customer workflow is available:
Medical History Questions
Answer the defined questions by selecting an option
Information & Instructions
Confirm relevant text modules via checkbox
GDPR & Consent
Consent via checkbox and signature
Data Management
Customer data is stored locally in an internal SQLite database.
Existing customers can be searched, opened, and edited at any time.
Medical histories can be exported as PDFs.
Security & Administration
Backup and Restore Function
Reset to factory settings to start again with the toolkit.
All data remains locally on the device.
License
A license key is required to use the app.
