Unable how to configure app to two bcones---one for pool, one for spa. Also cannot adjust sensitivity. When I called Customer service for help. The person on the line wanted to upsell me a more expensive product. When I said I didn't want it and only wanted to get help installing my current NEW systems, they gave me a fake number to call---the AT&T Directory Assistance number. Such BS. Unfortunately, it's the only system listed as acceptable in my county outside of permanently installed systems.

App is broken. Won't connect to brand new bcone system. App says "unit is off or too far away" even though the unit is on and is two inches away. Buggy product and broken app.

Can't put on standby in app and can't adjust any settings
