1) LifeSaver does use text messaging for some features so text messages charges may apply if not included in your current plan

2) The app does require some GPS to work properly, and we limit the battery consumption. You must have a data plan for LifeSaver to work.

I don't mind the individual GPS tracking but don't SLOW DOWN my $500 smartphone, dude. The pop-ups are beyond annoying and hijack the display if any motion is detected [ APPEAR ON TOP (OFF) ] , I see no need for this software at all that's why we use hands-free Bluetooth. Duh. It's an insurance thing, I guess.

There have been a couple of instances where my GPS device went down in an unfamiliar area and I needed to use an alternate navigational app (i.e. Google Maps). The Lifesaver app overlaps any app so even with voice activation I cannot use the phone in an emergency unless I close the Lifesaver app. Our company uses this for our trucks and it's led to several of our drivers getting into more accidents than before due to this design flaw. It also activates when parked. Needs bugs fixed

I like your app it does what's it supposed to but only thing is . It stops podcast and music on the phone . Is there a way around this ... I have a horrible habit of grabbing my phone but I have a client that loves listening to music in the car.. it's kind of catch 22 situation..:( but five stars for doing what it's supposed to:
