Lots of issues with the app, many bugs and causing it to crash. Also a lot of times they give inaccurate pickup times for routes and such. Especially on the booking of rides I've had to wait up to 15-20 minutes after to get on a ride. Also drivers leave 1 minute after your scheduled pickup time and there is nothing you can do if they decide to leave even a tiny bit early, but we're expected to wait extra time for them. I understand it's a free commodity but there's a lot of work to be done

The only bright spot of this system is that the shuttle drivers are often friendly. Shuttles are usually late, sometimes by up to 20 mins. Large stretches of time in the middle of the day (1-4 pm) I have a hard time getting anything to go to where I have to park. Several times my ride either didn't show up or I would book a ride that would later disappear. Its an extremely frustrating system to deal with while trying to get to places on time, or at all.

Originally, I was unable to access the app due to a bug. After reaching out to Liftango support, they responded within minutes and updated the app with a fix within days. On that side, the app works great. However, as other reviews state, this app really shouldn't exist at all--in the past, Purdue worked with the City of Lafayette to provide free transit for students, but now, transit is paid except for the now significantly smaller busses strictly for the Purdue campus.
